Sometimes, despite advance planning and the best of intentions, disputes need to be resolved in court. Santo Law Office represents individuals and businesses in litigation involving many types of issues, including breach of contract, business torts, creditor's rights, labor and employment, partnership disputes, payment disputes, theft of trade secrets, and other matters. We are involved in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and briefs and trying cases before a judge or jury.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Santo Law Office assists clients in procuring copyright and trademark registrations and in designing and implementing trade secret programs to protect their intellectual property. We also draft cease and desist letters, trademark co-existence agreements and related documents.

Meet Frank Santo
Frank, a native of New Jersey, recieved his B.S. degree in 1986 from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. In 1992, he recieved his M.B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Frank received his law degree in 1997 from Whittier Law School, Los Angeles, CA. Before moving to Wichita in 2012, Frank was a partner with the Pasadena, CA law firm of Lagerlof, Senecal, Gosney & Kruse LLP, a firm with over 100 years experience.
Frank represents clients in the areas of business and corporate law, litigation, intellectual property and alternative dispute resolution. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas, Nebraska and California. Frank is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Corporate, Banking & Business Law Section and Intellectual Property Section, the Wichita Bar Association, the Wichita Manufacturer's Association and the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Frank, his wife Susie and their daughter Sophia moved from Pasadena, CA to Wichita in August 2012 to be closer to family. Frank is an avid runner and bicyclist and has completed numerous triathlons, marathons and half-marathons. He also enjoys off road motocross riding and is a member of the Jeeps Motorcycle Club in Park City, KS.
